“Feel the colors”

 You are leading a busy every day life and you want to get away from it all for a few days!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at one of Little Atlin Lodge’s cozy and comfortable cabins – we promise you a colorful experience, offering you a choice of different activities.

 

Here is how your fall vacation with us looks like:

Day 1

We pick you up in Whitehorse and take you on a shopping tour where you will get your provisions for the whole stay. The one hour drive to the lodge gives you a first impression of the colorful Yukon landscape. Then take your time to settle down in the cabin…

We will be happy to invite you to a welcome drink – maybe you’d like to discuss your plans for the coming days. In case you prefer to make yourself at home first, we will invite you to a welcome coffee or tea on day 2…

 

Day 2 – 5

Depending on the weather, there are many activities possible at Little Atlin Lodge:

 Take a motorboat and explore Little Atlin Lake amidst the colorful hillsides; of course you can fish if you like!
   

Stroll around on the grounds of Little Atlin Lodge and take pictures of those attractive fall scenes. Or walk on the old Atlin Road for a nice view of the lake.
   

Do you like hiking? Try White Mountain and enjoy a beautiful view on the surroundings of Little Atlin Lake and the neighboring lakes.
   

Do you prefer to take it easy? Let us bring you to an overlook on a hill near by where you can enjoy a gorgeous 360 degrees view of the area.
   

Feeling like doing an excursion? We can take you for a drive to pretty Atlin, one hour from Little Atlin Lodge. This drive is especially attractive with the fall colors present!
   

Try canoeing along the lake shore - or we can bring you to Snafu Lake where you will discover an amazing world of small lakes and creeks.
   

Or how about a soak in the Takhini Hotsprings, about one and a half hour from Little Atlin Lodge?

It's up to you to choose whatever activities you like, so that at the end of your stay you feel rich with colorful impressions and relaxed at the same time! Enjoy your cabin and it's surroundings, sit on the dock and enjoy the view or relax on the deck in the afternoon sun and read that book you never had time for. Why don't you build a camp fire and spend your evening outside - you might see the Northern Lights!

Day 6

Time to travel back… - we will bring you to Whitehorse, if you wish using the alternate route over Tagish and Carcross. Farewell – for sure you are well relaxed!

 

Price (before GST) $799.00 per person (double occupancy), additional person + $325.00. Maximum 4 persons.

 

Included in the package:

5 nights cabin PINE or SPRUCE / Transfers *** Whitehorse-LAL/LAL-Whitehorse / Use of a canoe / Use of one motorboat for 1 day / Trip to overlook / Roundtrip either to Atlin or to a canoe adventure on Snafu Lake or to the Takhini Hotsprings / Welcome drink

Not included in the package:

Groceries, provisions / fishing license (available at the lodge) / fishing gear / Takhini Hotsprings entry / Additional roundtrips / Additional boat rentals

 

Additional information:

Of course you can always extend this package by as many days as you like – please inquire about rates for additional nights.

***Do you prefer to rent a car? Just tell us and we will let you know your reduced package price.

Please note:  all outdoor activities depend on the weather and cannot be guaranteed! In case of windy fall conditions the boats have to remain on shore.

Fall colors are usually at their peak around mid September.

Fishing is better during the first half of September.

In October you might see the first snow, usually melting away the next day.
