And once again Danny from Germany is here - the first time in winter. In this 2 weeks the winter showed all his moods: minus 38, a few days later plus 2, sun shine and snow storm. One day on a skidoo, another one on the lake ice fishing. The fish were lucky this time!

August 2007 August again - time flies! Summer is almost over - time for an update.

This year, summer had a hard time to take over. All in all it was quite wet and together with the melting snow the lake levels reached record heights. Some people from Marsh Lake (not far from us) had to leave their lakeshore homes because of flooding. But also Little Atlin Lake is as high as we have never seen it and our small beach is gone. For next spring we are planning to put a floating dock in and we hope that the boats don't get away from us anymore. Beside the weather - right now it's absolutely beautiful - we are very happy with the season: we were welcoming many guests on our little lodge. November 2007

 November again? Obviously right: imagine, the lake is frozen already! Once again we are looking back on a busy summer/fall season - we are happy having spent lots of time with our guests on the lake, at the firepit or in our house. Thanks again to everybody who came all the way to this beautiful place!!
